The career opportunities for UGA graduates are endless.

From getting into Boston University Law School on a scholarship to pursue a law degree, to becoming a Creative Director at a startup in Silicon Valley, to working with a local Georgia Non-Profit, UGA graduates move across the map after graduation.

 

The University of Georgia is proud to say that they surpass the National average on career outcome rate by 13% rolling in at 95% of students either continuing their education, becoming employed, or not seeking employment.

Out of the UGA graduates pursuing a career, here’s the breakdown on where they go:

  • 65% employed full-time
  • 20% attending grad school
  • 4% employed part-time
  • 5% full-time internship

Time to Full-Time Employment 

Here’s a big one: the breakdown of the percentage of students who gain full-time employment

  • 58% gained before graduation
  • 91% gained within 3 months of graduation
